"i love changing peoples lives around. theres nothing more rewarding than someone who cant run 50m running a marathon or completing a triathlon, or just being fit and healthy. People think it cant happen to them, but when you have the bug, eating healthy becomes the norm, exercise becomes the norm, doing things you never thought you would becomes the norm"

Kayaking, running around with the grandchildren, walking holidays, bike rides, pony trekking. Its so rewarding when people can go on holidays or out with the family and join in with all the activites. To me getting people healthy and fit is so they can enjoy life more, say yes to more things experience more activites"

Standout Moment: Scoring 7 tries in one half of rugby before winning the Welsh road relay race an hour later.

After completing his A levels and his degree  Nick went straight into personal training and now has over 10 years experiencing helping people reach their goals.
 
He has worked with many professional sports players and also as conditioning coach for Newport tennis academy elite youth squad & Newport hockey Ladies. In Asutralia he headed up the "teen fit" program as well working with children with severe learning disabilties on the "Y MIND" project.  He also has a wealth of experience working with older adults to maintain and improve independace and well as health and mobility.
