Nutritional Advice
Developing a healthy eating regime that suits your taste buds, lifestyle and goals.
Programme Design
A fully personalised program, written specifically for you. This will consist of 1 x 30min consultation (inc a mini health assesment) followed by a 60min session to take you through your new program.
Health Assesments
A full check up of your current fitness and health levels.
We will test your:
Blood pressure
Resting pulse rate
Measure your
Body fat %,
Weight, bmi,
Waist circumference
Hip to waist ratio
before you assessing your posture and general health and fitness levels through a short workout.
Terms & Conditions
To ensure we can best help you to reach your goals we require you to book a minimum of 1 session a week
All sessions must conducted within the time frame appropriate to the block session.
Refund Policy We do not offer refunds. Once sessions are booked we reserve that day/time for your session for the length of your block of session, thus we do not accept any other work during those periods.
In genuine circumstances, (long term injury or illness, overseas travel) sessions can be delayed or interchanged with another service offered by and at the discretion of our trainers.
