As of feb 2015 Total Therapy will have a base at fitness4less Newport, one of our bootcamp venues.  Many of you already know Natasha (and bailey) from summer bootcamps and the 1000rep challenge event we hosted. Other will know her from the pre and post Cardiff half care she gave to run club and bootcamp members.
