​WHAT IS IT?

3 EVENTS

Swimming       300m  (5-15mins)                                                                                  

Cycling             10km   (25-35mins)                                                                                                 

Running           2.5km  (15-20mins)                                                                                                 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU GET

* You swim the equivilent of 15 lengths of a pool (5-12 minutes)

* Then get straight on the bike for 20 - 30mins

* Now its time for a short run (15-25mins)

 

 

HOW MUCH TRAINING DO I NEED?

depends on your fitness, but not much.  Most people can run and cycle the required distance

within 4 weeks of starting out. If you are a non swimmer or complete beginner it would take

about 3- 6 months to learn how to swim and get fit.

 

WHERE DO WE FIT IN? 

Basically we are here to discuss your goals and aspirations and to guide you as to which triathlon you should start with and give you a timeline of whats possible and when for you. After that we can design a training program specifically for you, taking into account fators such as injuries & medical conditions, time constraints, other sports/exercise you do . We also provide one:one coaching meaning we can literally be with you every stroke, peddle and step of the way
